Remember this? Yes, it is the original BSB Squarial. This one is still on a building in Ilkeston. It points proudly, but vainly at, 31 degs. west where the Marco Polo satellites used to be. I keep one of these in my garage as a souvenir. I wonder how long it will be before this square dish is taken down? |

This satellite and aerial array was spotted on the roof of the Comfort Inn in Reims, France. Note the UHF and Band 3 aerials. |

These two dishes are obviously used to receive transmissions of racing. The window must be in the right direction. The glass will reduce the signal strength but presumably it is high enough in this location. The shop is in Kendal, Cumbria. |
